Sculpted

This world is beautiful but definitely can be harsh. It may feel like you’re stumbling through life and just trying to make it through. That’s when you need to stop and pause.

Take a look back. Two, five, ten years ago…it’s the same person but the difference is the gain of wisdom and strength you have today. You would not have grown in all those significant ways without the tripping and falling.

Look at the fact that you got back up again. There is purpose in the high’s and low’s of life. Jesus is the one picking you up again and reminds you who you are. You are His and important to the Savior. As His mighty and loving arms lift you, He is saying, “Keep going my child. I’m not done with you. I have the final word. No one else does.”

As He raises you up again, you are being sculpted. He takes the broken pieces of your heart and spirit and makes beautiful art in your life. We are in the Sculptor’s hands and those hands were the very one’s that were nailed on a cross, for us.

Don’t fight His embrace. He sees it all and knows exactly how to sculpt the situation into something that not only makes us more like Jesus but touches the hearts of those around us…what a purpose to have in life.
